Firstly, Dr Van offered to meet prior to the allocated time which I found so convenient, took away the waiting time you get from visit the hospital. He way also very percise with his questions of my symptoms and gave prescription that had immediate relief. He was very helpful and kind and left room for question and guidance in my recovery process. Excellent doctor!

He had no idea what I was tslking about and the consult lasted a few minutes, while half the time was spent trying to get a good connection. I got no advice, only a very generic, over the counter creme to put on it. He had no idea what I was talking about until I told him what was up. It looked like he sat on the floor mid work and quickly trying to push this appointment through. I REALLY want my money back as it lacked on all areas
